The breakfast at Hotel Mannois in Orosei will surprise you every morning thanks to its taste and variety. In the characteristic room of the Main Building of Su Rosariu, you will be welcomed by the aroma of authentic Italian coffee combined by a rich sweet and salty buffet. As soon as you wake up you can taste Sardinia’s traditions with its hight quality cold cuts and artisan products such as fresh ricotta and cheese that you can combine with homemade jams or typical honey that is produced in this island. You can also taste this honey in a honeycomb, its purest form, which gives to your palate an explosion of incomparable taste and aroma that reminds notes and flowers of the Mediterranean maquis. Honey and jams can be combined with our artisanal bread that we serve fresh and fragrant every day. The bread is produced by the Azienda Agricola Artigianale that uses only starter to bake sourdough bread to make it fragrant and easy to digest. For those who love sweet breakfast we offer also a refined selection of sweet pastry that is produced from our expert pastry chef every day: croissants, pies and cakes, but also fragrant biscuits and the best seasonal fruit to start the day on the perfect way.
