The Grand Apartments are a selection of our bests Grand Apartments located in the outbuildings close to the historic center in Via Nazionale 193 and in Via Sebastiano Satta 79b
. These are situated on the first and second floor with independent entrance and they have modern and refined furniture in warm colours and bright rooms. The Grand Apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and if needed a free baby cot for children up to 3 years old. These are ideal for large families and groups of friends that love to be independent. These are made up of 2 bedrooms , a complete kitchen with refrigerator, living area, private bathroom with shower, terrace, independent entrance. Apartments are equipped with washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board,complete kitchen, refrigerator, kitchenware, dining area, living area, Tv, air conditioning, wardrobe, shower, WC, private bathroom, bidet and hairdryer. The bed fitting out with linen, the first set of bath towels and complimentary toiletries are our welcome gift and the final cleaning is our gift at departure. During the stay it is possible to request the changes of towels and linen and the laundry service. It is also possible to add the breakfast service in the Main Building of Su Rosariu. Guests that choose to stay in the Apartment have public and free parking places directly in front of the annex, some have a parking spot in an internal courtyard. All rooms are non-smoking.
